Once again, week #2 of Menu Planning was successful! Hooray! The only day we altered this week was Friday. We ended up having leftover pizza from lunch — so we will be adding our Hot Diggity Dawg Night to this weeks menu.
Monday – ground beef quesadillas, salsa, sour cream
Tuesday – Pork filets with ranch breading, fried squash, biscuits
Wednesday – Dinner @ church
Thursday – homemade Chili Mac
Friday – Hog Diggity Dawg Night
