This is week 2 of trying to organize our life a little better — Menu Planning is helping!
Last week was sucessful!! I altered our pasta salad on Monday and made a chicken baked pasta, and Girly Girl gobbled it up…G-Tube Boy, well, that is the norm — 1 good meal a day and we are happy, as long as he doesn’t lose weight! Everyone loves when we have Country Fried Steaks, Girly Girl actually had two patties! Thursday was the only change, we didn’t do Alice Springs chicken — instead we had leftovers from Monday! My dh doesn’t care for leftovers, he is fearful of food born illnesses (at some point I will post our ordeal with salmonella), but I made sure to refridgerate the pasta immediately and he was okay with it!
So, onto this week!
Monday – 50’s Style TV Dinner Night, mommy’s night to scrapbook with friends
Tuesday – Fried Chicken, gravy, green beans, and biscuits
Wednesday – Dinner @ church
Thursday – Baked Chicken with Parmesan Crust, early peas, and biscuits
Friday – Hot Dog night w/ chips
